Zhuzhou Jinding Cemented Carbide Co., Ltd. was established in 2004. Our factory is a private limited liability company. Our registered capital is RMB5000,000. We are engaged in the research and development of tungsten carbide and are engaged in production of tungsten carbide. Our factory is located in the national high-tech development zone. Our factory is high-tech plant of Hunan Province. Our new type of cold heading technology and cold punching technology of our special big grain of tungsten carbide are listed as the national torch program projects by our government. The area of our factory is 3500 square meters. In our factory, there are more than 60 staff members, among whom 40% are professionals and technical personnel. Our company insists on the spirit of "unity and cooperation, development and innovation". Our company staff members work hard with the spirit of "team-work", and are full of vigor and vitality. Our factory passed ISO9001:2008. We have independent export and import rights of tungsten carbide products. Our factory has the annual output of 200 Tons with our production lines. Our technology is mature to make tungsten carbide products. There are still more than 90% of our staff members who joined in our factory in 2004 when our factory has been established. We have only 10% turnover of staff. Our fixed assets is more than RMB10,000,000. Our factory has internationally advanced 60-Ton fully automatic high precision DOST press machines, vacuum dry mix equipment, degreasing sintering furnaces and so on. Our main products are tungsten carbide cold punching moulds, tungsten carbide buttons for mining, tungsten carbide goods for tamping of railway foundation, tungsten carbide strips, tungsten carbide rods, tungsten carbide plates, and so on. Our sales volume was RMB40,000,000 in 2011, and we paid RMB1,000,000 as the tax to our government. We will invest RMB6,000,000 in adding machinery in next 3 years. We will try our best to improve internal management to create a provincial-level enterprise technology center. Our target sales volume is RMB80,000,000 in 2012.
